Initial Evaluation Period (First 15 Days)
Please read this employment condition carefully before you apply.
- The first 15 days from the date of joining are an initial evaluation period.
- During this period, the company will review the new member's work performance, conduct and professional behaviour.
- If the work or conduct is not found satisfactory, the company may end the engagement at any time within these 15 days.
- If the engagement ends within this period, those days will not be counted as service, and no claim of any kind regarding service, experience, notice period or employment may be made against SolarConnect / TECHSR ENTERPRISE in the future.
- On successful completion of the 15 days, further terms will apply as per the written offer or appointment letter.
